Wow, the year is 2008, and still no Armageddon!
by Nosferatu inevery time we enter a new year, i think about how i wasn't supposed to make it this long.
i really believed we wouldn't live past the year 2000, and armageddon would change everything.
it almost strikes me as living on borrowed time, but then i remember that armageddon is a story, not a reality.

yup here we go again.......Its ok for any of you guys to go on and on and on and on about the same old, same old...but when i have my reasons thats it im blasted...if only you could see beyond the flowery specticles you wear.
If i agree with you or disagree im shot....i cant win...wow Jesus endured just the same...Now i know how he feels. Yup i'll be blasted for saying that. I take a bow and accept the nags and nasty comments, as always.....
you forget im not your enemy..... but im begining to see who mine is. If i dont agree then im an outcast....yup thats the bottom line....some of you are way way worse than any jw ive come across, you judge terribly and yet you are unaware that you do it :(

soz i been busy doing life saving work and reading about apostates and how they try to mislead. Sad how when some fall away they become so bitter and twistd that they believe ANYTHING purely because they want to believe. Dearie me....when the end comes you will soon see.....

they say 6,000 years will soon be up,doesnt say Yes it WILL be up in 1975.
Is this year the final year?? Is it the last year?? thats what he says.....
This has been taperd with....its so obvious....even in his tone of voice it shows he was saying one sentence and then jumps into the end of another...
He says as to what the year 1975 means to us,(then he tone changes and he then says in another sentence) when God will bring the end of armegeddon...blah blah....forgot the rest BUT its so false!! An expolice officer i am, and yes many of you dont like me for i serve Jah but im not stupid, hence im still serving Jah. The Gb themselfs have said they NEVER said 1975 WOULD be the end.

maybe this is a sign, afterall we know the end is coming.....and we know we maynot be in kingdom halls nearer the end....
We know alot of things, we just need to recall them to mind. Lots of things are happening :) for a reason

by error they have made mistakes but also jw too have made mistakes...the ones who believed it would be 1975, they NEVEr heard that from the Gb, the gb clearly said not to get carried away but sadly some people are too keen and only in the truth for surviving the time of the end...Jah must have seen this, yet the people came to their own conclusion and believed what THEY came to think and reason. So when it didnt happen they fell away (shows the amount of love for Jah they really had) and blamed the GB.
I guess we all decide who to follow............ Im with Jah firmly side by side.

the other thing she would do was those oh so spirtaul answers, the ones with the whole paragraph and watchtower inculded in it.

18 year old jw sis in law is getting wed !
by looloo inhaving got married at only 19 myself first time around i worry it wont work out for her , but at the same time hope it dosnt as it may help her escape eventually from the cult she was born into , i very much doubt whether her brother (my husband )and i will get a invite or her neice will be asked to be bridesmaid , she also has another disfellowshipped sis who would love to get to know her better as contact has been minimal sice she was disfellowshipped when my sis inlaw was very small , my sis in law is a pioneer and appears quite dedicated but struggles with ignoring her bro and sis , she also went to greece on a girly hol with a friend recently ,which im suprised is allowed in jw land , did any of you who were very dedicated as youngsters start to see things differently after getting married to a "strong in the truth" type i cant imagine her coping with being submissive as she is quite strong minded i believe she dumped a previous boyfriend for telling her what she could and could not do .
i would not have thought getting married at 18 would be considered a good idea, or do they prefer the females to marry young to keep control of them ?.

My hubby was extremely mature at the age of 17, thats when we first got to gether, he was 21 when we married, so it can work aslong as they are aware of the responsibility of being christian husband and wife, also its a life long commitment.
We studied the Family happiness book but it didnt help us lol...long story, but we studied other publications. Dont forget though when your married you wont get support...we didnt ,although we never have ever anyway so i guess thats why we are ever closer to Jah.
Hope it does work for them :)
